I'm also a real estate broker, so I know a true real estate professional when I meet one. Josh knows the Scottsdale and surrounding markets very well. He's a terrific listener, and helped us identify a short list of properties, then offered excellent counsel on the pros and cons of each one, as well as his thoughts on valuation. He did a great job negotiating on our behalf, and did an outstanding job throughout the inspection process, through to closing. He's also incredibly responsive. In short, we couldn't have been more pleased, and we offer our highest recommendation of Josh whenever you're buying or selling real estate in the Scottsdale and surrounding areas!

Big Josh Herrin came thru in a huge way. Got me a GREAT deal on my home, so his negotiations and knowledge were huge. He is dedicated to the people he represents, and even though my home was a relatively small purchase, he treated me as if I was in the market for a $1,000,000 home. I highly recommend him.
